Cmresfsi Ad Studio

The process

What happens after you send the form

Your request goes to a service partner who handles paid ads and tracking work. They reply to you directly to scope it.

Launch sequence

Nothing goes live until tracking is in place and you have signed off.

  1. Tracking first: conversion tags, GA4 events and form routing are set up and tested.
  2. Pages next: landing pages and forms are built or fixed, then checked on phones and desktops.
  3. Campaigns after that: ads, keywords or audiences, budgets and schedules are built in your accounts.
  4. Launch last: you approve, campaigns go live and the partner confirms conversions are recording.

A buyer's scoping list

Use this to compare partners on the same terms.

  • Channels in scope, named one by one
  • Number of campaigns and landing pages included
  • Which conversions will be tracked, and how
  • Whether CRM or inbox routing is included
  • Reporting frequency and format
  • What is one-time setup and what is ongoing
  • Notice period and how access is handed back
  • Who owns pages, creative and copy once they are paid for

Data stays with your business

Campaign history, audiences, conversion data and inquiry records all belong to you. Keep them in accounts you own: the ad platforms, GA4, your tag container and your CRM. The partner should not copy customer lists out of those systems or hold them elsewhere without your written agreement. If they upload a customer list to Meta or Google for matching, ask how it is handled and who can see it. And if your forms collect phone numbers for calls or texts, the consent wording is yours to set up with your own counsel, since TCPA rules fall on the business making the contact.

Changes once campaigns are running

  • Small changes such as pausing a keyword, adjusting a bid or swapping ad copy are part of routine management.
  • Budget changes are yours to decide. The partner can suggest a figure, and you set the spend.
  • New work such as another platform, more landing pages or a CRM integration is scoped and quoted separately.
  • Urgent stops, for example when an offer ends early, should be possible on request. Agree up front how to reach the partner for these.

Keep changes in writing so the reports still make sense months later.
